All payments will be made via PayPal and/or Ko-fi (USD only)
★ Upfront payments are preferred, However if you request a half payment or to pay after, I will work with you on that.

★ If you need your pieces before a certain deadline, please let me know. Depending on the type of commission it will take upwards to 2 weeks or even a month.

★ Files are sent via google drive & Discord DMs
★ When requesting bulk commissions be aware that it will take much longer. Especially massive Emote commissions.
★ My art is certainly NOT allowed to be used/sold as a NFT. I do not consent to be used with crypto and NFTs.
★ My art is certainly NOT allowed to be used/sold with AI generated pieces. I do not consent to my work to be used with AI technology.
★ My art is certainly NOT allowed to be sold, merchandised, or edited. If commercial rights are given, there is an exception. Commercial use must be permitted before using for profit.

★ Must be sent upfront either; a partial (down payment) or full payment depending on what is agreed upon with the client.
★ All payments will be through Paypal, I currently don't have other methods of payment, unless you count Ko-Fi (?)
★ Payments are Non-Refundable unless I, the artist, cannot complete the commission. If I cannot complete or am unable to start the commission, you will receive a full refund. (I will keep in touch with you throughout)
★ Bulk order commissions of $100+ can be negotiated to fit within your budget
★ MUST PROVIDE REFERENCES , I refuse to work off of descriptions alone.
★ Tips will NOT be refunded, so if you would like to tip, preference would be at the end of the process via Ko-Fi or Paypal.★ Commercial Use ★
★ Pieces include; merch designs, logos, graphics, mascots, etc
★ Pieces also include; emotes, and panels.
★ Is required for projects that the client is expected to profit off of advertising, promotions, etc.
★ Clients that have paid a bit extra may reproduce artwork in forms of printed merchandise, physical products, etc. (as for the fee, that will be discussed when requesting a commission)
★ They have permission to do so as long as credit is given and the art is not fully claimed as their own.
★ Does NOT fall under NFTs (non-fungible tokens). I do NOT associate with NFTs or crypto.★ Terms Client Agrees To ★
★ Supplying clear and concise info regarding what they would like for the commission. Visual reference(s) are required, I can work with whatever images you are able to provide.
★ Available social media regarding communication on the commission. Must be available for sending WIPs, giving feedback, supplying questions/answers, etc. Discord is preferred.
★ Specifying their needs with clarity. Open to communicating with the artist in a simple yet concise manner. Please do not overwhelm with text documents or spam with constant update requests. (As soon as I start and as I'm working on it, I will update you when and if possible.)
★ Any major changes must be made within the sketch stage (ex: pose, expression, outfit, resketch, etc) Too many alterations will result in additional charges.
★ Being patient. I have a queue usually and it is publicly accessible. If you need a commission done by a specific date, I am willing to work it out with you and push you to priority. I am a one person artist and artwork does take time in between everything else that I do, please understand.
★ Be aware that I, as the artist, have the right to decline a commission at any point.
